Zone Labs Signs Agreement with SAIC
to Provide Security Solution Product for Employees and Clients

Zone Labs Integrity to Protect Network Endpoints for SAIC Clients and Employees

San Francisco, CA - March 1, 2004—Zone Labs® Inc., a provider of endpoint security solutions, today announced an agreement with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in which SAIC will become both a reseller and a customer of Zone Labs' endpoint security solution, Zone Labs Integrity™. SAIC, one of the most recognized companies in security consulting, will deploy Integrity to its more than 42,000 employees worldwide. In addition, SAIC may also resell Integrity with the company’s managed service security offerings in remote access, VPN, antivirus and authentication to its commercial and government clients. SAIC's managed service offerings will address the business need of providing a ubiquitous yet highly secure method of accessing corporate information and systems.
