Company unveils new channel program and small business-tailored ZoneAlarm
packages to offer resellers a compelling new revenue opportunity

Zone Labs®, a Check Point® company (Nasdaq: CHKP), today announced the launch of a highly-rewarding value added reseller (VAR) channel incentive program and the new ZoneAlarm Small Business Edition line of Internet security solutions.
The new program includes the award-winning ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite, ZoneAlarm Anti- Spyware and ZoneAlarm AntiVirus in five, 10, 25 and 50 user configurations.
ZoneAlarm solutions provide powerful, easy-to-use firewall-based protection technologies to secure a PC against hackers, spyware, viruses, worms, identity theft and spam. All of the small-business versions combine traditional firewall security capabilities with the new vanguard OSFirewall technology for multi-layered protection down to the kernel of the PC, where today's threats hide. Additionally, all include the industry leading SmartDefense™ Advisor service, providing real-time security updates and automatic security setting adjustments for enhanced protection.

The Reseller Program:
Small business resellers will be the exclusive distribution source for the ZoneAlarm Small Business Edition, without direct competition from the Zone Labs consumer channels. The new ZoneAlarm line presents a compelling new opportunity for VARs to expand their offerings to their customers, gain new customers and earn incremental revenue through license renewals. Many VARs either use ZoneAlarm consumer solutions themselves or sell them to their customers, and this new program will offer them a formal way to add ZoneAlarm to their roster of PC products.
