Internet answering machine programs

To use Internet answering machine programs (such as CallWave) with ZoneAlarm security software, do the following:

  • Give the program server permission and access permission for the Public Zone.
  • Add the IP address of the vendor's servers to the Trusted Zone.

Note - To find the server IP address, contact the vendor's technical support.
  • Set the security level for the Public Zone to Med.
