Allowing VPN protocols
To ensure proper configuration of your VPN software with ZoneAlarm security software, you will need to modify your general security settings to allow VPN protocols.
To allow VPN protocols:
- Select COMPUTER | Advanced Firewall | Settings | Advanced Settings.
- In the General settings area, select the check box labeled Allow VPN protocols.
- Click OK.

Note - If your VPN program uses protocols other than GRE, ESP, and AH, also select the check box labeled Allow uncommon protocols at high security.
