May 24, 2004 In response to customer demand for more feature-rich security solutions, Zone Labs is introducing new products that provide even better security. Because of this, ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering is no longer available as a product to purchase. Zone Labs continually evaluates product offerings to ensure that features and services address current and future customer needs. Due to the increase and severity of virus outbreaks and threats, we have decided to include the Web Filtering feature in a product that encompasses complete Internet security. ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite is an all-in-one PC security solution that provides everything you need to protect your computer. We will continue to provide support for ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering users with a valid subscription through November 2005. What do I need to do? As a ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering customer with a valid subscription, you have two options: A. Upgrade to ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite (Free) B. Remain with your current version of ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering for the duration of your subscription Option A - Upgrade to ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite (Free) You may upgrade to ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite for free. ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite is an all-in-one PC security solution. You can protect your computer from cybercriminals, viruses, and spies, while protecting yourself with privacy features such as cookie control and cache cleaner. ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite includes a firewall, antivirus, Web content control, instant messaging encryption, ad blocking, and more. An easy-to-use set up and user interface provides "out-of-the-box" protection, and allows you the flexibility to use only the features you need. Option B - Remain with ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering You may choose to remain using your current version of ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering. Nothing will change if you choose this option. Zone Labs will not be updating this product in the future, but we will continue to provide support for current subscribers, and Web site support for users whose subscription has expired. How do I upgrade? Within the next few weeks, Zone Labs will be providing you with a "Check for Update". The "Check for Update" will appear similar to the Windows screen below, and will be titled ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering Service Agent. It will let you know that an update is available for your ZoneAlarm Pro with Web Filtering product. When you click through to the landing page, you will be given a choice of updating to ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite for free, or doing nothing and remaining with your current product.
