What are the system requirements for ZoneAlarm SocialGuard installation?

Note: These requirements are only for your computer. Your child does not need to install ZoneAlarm SocialGuard--it monitors the Facebook account remotely over the Internet, no matter where your child uses Facebook (Windows PC, Mac, smartphone, etc.).

Recommended minimum requirements for the computer on which ZoneAlarm SocialGuard is installed (the parent’s computer) are as follows.

Web browser software: Internet Explorer 7 or later

The following operating systems are supported:

Microsoft® Windows® 7:

• 1 GHz 32-bit processor, 1 GB RAM
• 1 GHz 64-bit processor, 2 GB RAM

Microsoft Windows, XP SP2 or SP3, Home or Professional Edition:

• 1 GHz 32-bit processor, 1GB RAM

Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 or SP2:

• 1 GHz 32-bit processor, 2 GB RAM
• 1 GHz 64-bit processor, 4 GB RAM
• 50MB of available hard-disk space.
