What should I do when I get a warning?

First, investigate it:

• Get the details on the ZoneAlarm SocialGuard Warnings panel.
• If you're a parent, discuss any points of uncertainty with your child. To email a copy of a warning to your child, click the Email Warning button.

From the Warnings panel, you can make notes about concerns to address:

• You can enter and copy notes into the Note area, and print them by selecting Print Notes from the SocialGuard icon pop-up menu in the notification area of your Windows taskbar. (Bottom right corner of the screen.)

  Your notes are automatically saved until you delete them or delete the warning. You won’t lose them by exiting ZoneAlarm SocialGuard.

• Once you decide a friend is a problem, you can "unfriend" them within Facebook.
