E-mail scanning is unavailable

If you are attempting to enable the e-mail scanning option of ZoneAlarm anti-virus software and are unable to do so, you may have a product installed that uses Layered Service Provider (LSP) technology that is incompatible with ZoneAlarm. To remedy this situation, you will need to uninstall the conflicting product(s).

When a conflict occurs, a file called lspconflict.txt is created and placed in the C:/Windows/Internet Logs directory. This file contains the name of the product(s) that caused the conflict. You can remove the product(s) manually. Refer to the individual vendors’ documentation for instructions for uninstalling the product(s).
