What to do if you forget your password or username

If you forget your ZoneAlarm DataLock login credentials:

• Click the Help button on the ZoneAlarm DataLock login screen. Use the contact information that appears.
• We will authenticate your identity with the security questions you created during installation, and help you regain access to your computer.
