Scanning your Inbox

You can scan the contents of your Inbox for phishing e-mail and spam. You can use the Scan Inbox option to scan IMAP, POP3, and Hotmail accounts created in Outlook Express, and IMAP, POP3 and Exchange server accounts in Outlook.

To scan your Inbox:

1. Open your Outlook or Outlook Express e‑mail program.
2. Select the Inbox you want to scan.
3. In the junk e‑mail filter toolbar, click ZoneAlarm Options, then choose Scan selected Inbox.
