Connecting through a proxy server

If you connect to the Internet through a proxy server and you are unable to connect to the Internet, make sure that the IP address of your proxy server is in your Trusted Zone.

The easiest way to add the server to the Trusted Zone is to go to Tools | Logs | Log Viewer, and look for the proxy server in the logs. Right-click it and choose Add to Zone > Trusted.
